To be honest, I don't really like fondant cake. Actually all that fruitcake and marzipan and icing like blocks of chalks makes me feel a bit sick.Even so, my mouth can't help watering as I visited the cake studio, today. It's big and light, with huge windows and the sweetest, most delicious sugary - buttery smell wafting through the air.
Ok, mom is right. I can't dither anymore. I have to decide.
I'm just going to have to do this logically. Work out the pros and cons, weigh them all up and make a rational decision. Right. Let's go.

hmm, it isn't any easier. In fact, it's harder because it's thrusting the dilemma right in my face, instead of where i want it, which is in a little box at the back of my mind where i don't have to look at it.
